we took an a double room and it had climate control, flat-screen tv, and a safe. the breakfasts with so much good food. very central location of this hip new hotel was a bonus. the property was minutes away from hanoi downtown.

The staff is super friendly, the location is absolutely perfect and amazing, and the room is great value and neat. the restaurant serves hot European food.

The hotel had perfect and amazing location not far from Hoan Kiem Lake and many interesting shops and restaurants and taxis. It also was near to the attractions.
